WXPN Radio in Philadelphia is hiring a part-time Video Production Specialist. Under the direction of the Digital Content Manager, the Video Production Specialist will coordinate and facilitate studio and field-based live music performance video production, including the planning, filming, editing, graphic design and output of studio and live venue/event products.

Schedules for this 22 hours/week position varies based on production schedule.

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional video editing/producing environment demonstrating competence in all areas of video production required.

Knowledge and experience with: Professional video production procedures, practices, techniques, and terminology; studio production with multicam shooting (PTZ, Pro Cam and DLSR Cameras); cinematography; principles of digital video capture; professional production equipment operation including video cameras and recorders, video switching, and post-production equipment; and advanced Final Cut Pro video editing software; safety practices related to video production required. Driver’s license required. Must be able to lift and hold 15 lbs. over shoulder for extended periods of time. Experience with After Effects and Photoshop software a plus. Experience with graphics manipulation, and video lighting a plus.
