Hello and welcome back! Hopefully your break was enjoyable. You may have noticed that the computers in the Cinema & Television labs look a little different. There were some major updates while you were gone. All Mac computers were updated from OS X Yosemite to OS X Sierra, Adobe CC was updated to the latest 2017 release, Avid Media Composer was updated from 8.8.1 to 8.9.0, Final Cut Pro was updated from 10.1.4 to 10.3.4, Pro Tools was updated from 11.3.2 to 12.8.0, Shot Put Pro was updated from 5 to 6, DaVinci Resolve was updated from 12.5.0 to 12.5.6, Microsoft Office was updated from 2013 to 2016, and the iZotope audio plugins in 026 and 035 have been updated from RX 4 to RX 6. Lastly, a new flatscreen has been mounted in the 018 meeting space. As always, if you experience any technical issues you can report the problem here.
