Introducing South Street Cinema

TicketsWhile multiplex theaters in Philadelphia may be few and far between, the recently opened South Street Cinema offers an intimate and affordable alternative allowing Philadelphians to partake in the moviegoing experience. South Street Cinema is a small pop-up movie house located at 327 South Street dedicated to showing cult, classic, and local films. Tickets are only $5, and upcoming titles include Teenagers from Outer Space, Clerks, and Charlie Chaplin’s The Kid. They also host an open screen night where local filmmakers can show their own films up to 20 minutes long.
